Ludwig Everaert, earned a degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and a postgraduate in Marketing and Business Administration. He started working in the pharmaceutical industry in 1989. After having led a Clinical Research team, he took on a role of Scientific Affairs Manager in charge of pharmaceutical pricing and reimbursement, regulatory affairs and the supervision of pharmaceutical promotional activities.

In 1999 he founded a consultancy business. With a team of experts he provided services in the fields of pharmaceutical market access, regulatory affairs, supervising commercial activities, as well as various GXP domains. The company was managed according to the principles of Operational Excellence. Using a highly customised CRM and a number of software applications created and validated in-house, the service provider developed and maintained an extensive quality system. The quality system has been audited and inspected numerous times by its customers and various European health authorities. When he sold the company in 2021, long-term service agreements with more than 120 customers were in place.
